      The short version: we collect only what we need to run your AI review or audit, we store it securely, we keep it for 12 months, and we never sell or share it with third parties.
    

Who we are

All Sorted AI is a UK-based AI consultancy service operated by Kevin Sinfield. We help small and medium-sized businesses identify where AI can save them time and money.

What data we collect

When you use our free Quick AI Review or paid AI Audit, we collect:

Your name and email address — entered before the interview begins, used to send your report.
Voice conversation transcript — your spoken responses are transcribed automatically during the interview and used to generate your report.
Your AI Audit report — the personalised report generated from your transcript is stored on our servers.

We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to their privacy policy.

How we use your data

To generate your personalised Quick AI Review or AI Audit report.
To email your report to the address you provided.
To contact you about your report or follow-up consultation, if you have agreed to this.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to any third party.

Who processes your data

Your voice conversation is transcribed and your report is generated using the following third-party services:

Vapi (vapi.ai) — AI voice interview platform. Processes your voice in real time.
Anthropic Claude (anthropic.com) — AI model used to generate your report from the transcript.
Railway (railway.app) — cloud hosting provider where your report is stored.
Resend (resend.com) — transactional email service used to deliver your report.

Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and is contractually required to handle it securely.

How long we keep your data

Your transcript and report are stored for 12 months from the date of your interview. After this period, they are deleted. Your name and email address are retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and communicate with you.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Request that we correct or delete your data.
Object to how we are using your data.
Withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies

Our interview pages do not use tracking cookies. Our main website (allsortedai.com) may use basic analytics cookies. We will always ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.

Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Railway) with access restricted to the All Sorted AI team. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no internet transmission is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
