1. Who provides this service

All Sorted AI is operated by Kevin Sinfield, a UK-based sole trader. References to "we", "us", or "All Sorted AI" mean Kevin Sinfield trading as All Sorted AI.

2. What we provide

All Sorted AI offers two services:

• Free Quick AI Review — a short AI voice interview (approximately 5 minutes) followed by a personalised email report identifying your top time drains and one recommended quick win.
• Paid AI Audit — a longer AI voice interview (20–30 minutes) followed by a comprehensive written report covering AI tool recommendations, an effort vs. impact matrix, a 4-day action plan, and a 30-minute follow-up consultation call.

3. What you are paying for

When you purchase an AI Audit, you are paying for:

• Access to a 20–30 minute AI voice interview with Clara, our AI interviewer.
• A personalised written report generated from your interview transcript, delivered by email.
• One 30-minute follow-up consultation call with a member of the All Sorted AI team.

The report is generated using AI and is based solely on information you provide during the interview. We do not conduct independent research into your business.

4. What the report is — and is not

The AI Audit report is intended to provide practical suggestions and starting points for AI adoption in your business. It is not professional legal, financial, or technical advice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure recommendations are accurate and relevant, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from implementing any suggestions in your report.

Tool recommendations and pricing are based on information available at the time of your interview. Prices and product features may change without notice.

5. Payment and refunds

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase via Stripe. All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Because the report is a bespoke, AI-generated document created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds once your interview has been completed and your report has been delivered. If there is a technical failure that prevents your report from being delivered, please contact us at hello@allsortedai.com and we will resolve this promptly.

6. Your responsibilities

To get the most from the service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the interview. The quality of your report depends on the accuracy of what you share.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the interview platform.

7. Intellectual property

Your AI Audit report is produced for your personal use. You are free to share it within your organisation. All Sorted AI retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated insights from reports to improve our service, but we will never share identifiable information about you or your business.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Sorted AI's liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the report or any recommendations it contains.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at allsortedai.com/terms. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
